Bank holiday’s are usually a mixed blessing due to fact that it mostly rains and most of the events that happen are over-hyped. Well, we are pleased to report that the sun is shining and event one of six on this weekends agenda lived up-to the hype. The first event on our non-stop weekend of fun was Milton Keynes where R&B Star Lloyd was performing at Buddha Blue.
There were tonnes of rumours floating about the place but they were all squashed when the Louisiana born R&B star was spotted leaving the VIP Area en route to the “stage”. For all those fans who stayed away because of the “he’s only doing one song” rumour… shame on you. Lloyd performed a host of tracks including an impromptu acapella at the start due to a ’small’ technical difficult.
