Being described as the ‘God Father of UK Soul’ puts Omar in a league of his own and makes this event one of the hottest nights on our calender for the Bank Holiday weekend. Klass Act and Buddha Blue have got together to bring you ‘Omar Live & Unleashed’ taking place on Easter Sunday at Milton Keynes’ Buddha Blue. The music policy on the night will be a mixture of Soul, Rare Groove, Dancehall, UK Funky House, R&B and a touch of Hip Hop by DJ’s including TOY BOYZ GQ – TUCKER & RICHIE RICH, PHATZ, LADY 1E, AFTER DARK ENTERTAINMENT, APOLLO DAN, MR BIZZIE.
Omar will be performing an exclusive set which will include classic hits from his five albums. The set will include all those tracks that you all know such as ‘ There’s nothing like this’ , ‘Be Thankful’ & ‘Say Nothing” and some new material as Omar is still banging out new tracks. There will be more information to come but as it currently stands, doors open from 9pm til 3am with Ladies FREE before 10pm, £6 before 11pm & more there after.
